1. Agency services
Our travel agency acts exclusively as an intermediary.
Travel offers published by a tour operator are always arranged under the terms and conditions of that tour operator. These are set out in the tour operators' catalogues.
Flights are arranged under the terms and conditions of the airline or of the tour operator named by us. These conditions are stated on the tickets or set out in the tour operators' catalogues.
If an arrangement consists of several individual travel components (e.g. flight, rental car, hotel), this does not constitute a package holiday within the meaning of the German law on travel contracts. The respective conditions of the individual service providers / tour operators / travel companies apply.
2. Registration/confirmation
With your travel registration you offer the airlines / travel companies / tour operators (service providers) to conclude a transport or travel contract. By signing the travel registration you accept the contractual terms of the airline / tour operator or travel company named in the registration.
The person registering also accepts these terms of agency on behalf of any fellow travellers registered.
The registration only becomes binding for the travel agency or the booked service providers once it has been confirmed to you in writing. The registration and the confirmation state the scope of the services booked.
3. Payments/travel documents
A deposit of 20 % of the travel price per person is due upon registration. For a package holiday you will receive the security certificate (Sicherungsschein) of your tour operator together with the deposit. The balance is due without further notice 21 days before departure. Travel documents are usually available no earlier than 14 days before departure.
As a rule, travel documents are only issued once the full travel price has been received. Exceptions include, for example, documents that have to be deposited at the airport at short notice.
Travel documents sent by post are sent at the recipient's risk.
Free replacement of lost travel documents by the travel agency cannot be guaranteed.
4. Prices
The prices of the travel services stated apply at the time of booking. Price changes by airlines are beyond our control and are expressly reserved as long as the tickets have not been issued and paid for.
5. General conditions of carriage
Airlines reserve the right to make necessary changes to flight routings, to convert non-stop flights into direct flights (with a stop but no change of aircraft) or connecting flights or vice versa, and to change flight times, departure and arrival airports, dates and the aircraft used. This applies in particular to changes of flight dates by up to 48 hours for unavoidable reasons and any resulting missed connecting flights.
In such a case you are not entitled to withdraw from the contract free of charge.
Nor is there any entitlement to reimbursement of any resulting additional costs. Unauthorised changes to the flight routes or travel classes offered and/or a change of airline may not be possible under the agreed conditions. If such a change is made without the prior consent of the travel agency, any additional costs incurred shall be borne by you.
6. Liability of the travel agent/airline/travel company
The travel agency is liable for the contractual provision of the requested travel documents only up to the amount already paid. It is, however, not liable for the proper performance of the travel services arranged.
If the travel agency is unable to provide the travel documents for reasons for which the airline / travel company or another travel agent involved is responsible, it is obliged to refund the amount paid insofar as this has not yet been passed on to the airline / travel company or another travel agent involved.
No further claims for damages exist against the travel agency, even if the booking has already been confirmed. The travel agency will, however, assist in enforcing claims against third parties.
In the event of any service disruptions (e.g. lost luggage, insolvency, aircraft accident etc.), possible claims must be asserted directly against the airline / travel company concerned within the framework of the statutory provisions, international agreements and the conditions of the companies named. The travel agency will assist with this. The travel agency reserves the right to correct errors and the right to make alternative arrangements / to withdraw if legal requirements make this necessary.
7. Cancellation, rebooking and name change fees
You and/or your fellow travellers may withdraw from the trip/travel service at any time before departure by written declaration (withdrawal/cancellation), rebook the travel date or name a qualified third party (name change).
Withdrawal, rebooking, name changes and date changes incur fees.
Please refer to the catalogues of the tour operators concerned for these fees or ask at the travel agency when the travel service is arranged. The fees are calculated on the basis of the timely receipt of the declaration at the travel agency during the stated business hours, provided that the commissioned airline / travel company is still able to carry out the withdrawal or change in time if we pass it on without delay.
8. Passport, visa, customs, currency and health regulations for destination and transit countries
You are responsible for complying with the above regulations. Any disadvantages resulting from non-compliance with these regulations and/or your being refused entry shall be borne by you. If any of the fellow travellers does not hold unrestricted German citizenship, you are obliged to inform us of this in writing when booking.

9. Ticket refund (reimbursement of purchase price)
Ticket refunds or partial refunds are made subject to reservation. Place of jurisdiction is Trier.
10. Miscellaneous
Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
